Workmanship Warranty

We provide a limited workmanship warranty of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of substantial completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

If an issue arises that is directly related to our installation under normal use and conditions, we will evaluate the concern and take appropriate corrective action.

If something isn’t right because of our work — we make it right.

What Our Warranty Covers

This warranty applies specifically to defects in workmanship related to the labor and installation performed by O’Brien Electrical Contracting.

Coverage is limited to issues that can be directly attributed to our work under normal operating conditions.

What Is Not Covered

Not every issue is related to installation.

This warranty does not apply to manufacturer defects, customer-supplied materials, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors such as power surges, lightning, or utility-related issues.

It also does not cover pre-existing conditions, concealed issues not visible at the time of service, or any modifications or repairs performed by others after our work is completed.

Manufacturer Warranties

Any materials or equipment installed are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty terms vary by product, and claims related to defective equipment are handled through the manufacturer or supplier.

Installed to Code at Time of Service

All work performed by O’Brien Electrical Contracting is completed in accordance with applicable electrical codes at the time of installation.

Where required, work is subject to inspection by the local authority having jurisdiction.

Limitations

This warranty applies only to the specific work performed within the agreed scope of service.

O’Brien Electrical Contracting does not guarantee the overall condition or performance of the entire electrical system unless explicitly stated in writing.
