Workmanship Warranty

We provide a limited workmanship warranty on the labor we perform.

If an issue arises that is directly related to our installation under normal use and conditions, we will evaluate the situation and take appropriate corrective action. We stand behind our work and take responsibility where it applies.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our workmanship warranty applies specifically to the installation and labor completed by O’Brien Electrical Contracting.



This includes issues that result from improper installation or workmanship under normal operating conditions. If a problem can be traced back to the work we performed, we will address it accordingly.

What Is Not Covered

Not every issue is related to installation.

Our warranty does not apply to manufacturer defects, normal wear over time, misuse, or changes made after our work is completed. It also does not cover hidden conditions that were not visible during evaluation or issues caused by external factors such as power surges or utility-related problems.

Manufacturer Warranties

Any materials or equipment installed are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.



These warranties vary depending on the product. While we can help identify potential manufacturer-related issues, claims are typically handled directly through the manufacturer or supplier.

Installed to Code at Time of Service

All work performed by O’Brien Electrical Contracting is completed in accordance with applicable electrical codes at the time of installation.

Where required, work is subject to inspection by the local authority. Once approved, the installation is considered compliant at the time it was completed.

Limitations of Responsibility

Our responsibility is limited to the scope of work we were contracted to perform.

We are not responsible for issues caused by conditions outside of our control, including existing wiring not visible during evaluation, work performed by others, or modifications made after completion.
